John J. Stahl III, who has earned an M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. and a B.B.A. in Finance from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, is an accomplished mortgage industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.

John has helped over 1,500 families achieve their dream of homeownership. Over the years, John has held the positions of mortgage banker, producing manager, area manager and mortgage banking director.

John is able to use his expertise to quickly ascertain his clients’ financial needs. He puts an emphasis on the personal aspect of the mortgage process and enjoys the one-on-one interaction with each client.

“It’s not a transaction for me. It’s a long-term relationship that goes well past a one-time transaction,” John says. “I go above and beyond to find solutions to best fit my clients’ needs.”

John also enjoys spending time with his family. He coaches his son’s basketball, baseball, and football teams, and occasionally tries to find some spare time to go fishing.
